Guest self-pay rates are listed below. The room amount and refundable $25 linen deposit are shown before you submit. The room charge is paid online through Square; the deposit is paid at the front desk during office hours.

Agency referrals
The referral rate is arranged directly with the referring agency. Contact us to set it up. The referral-code field remains available in the booking request.
Square secure checkout
Linens are the sheets and towels provided in your room. A separate $25 refundable linen deposit is paid at the front desk during office hours. It is not included in the online total. Your room charge is paid online through Square.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations before the day of check-in are free. Cancellations on the day of check-in carry a flat $18 fee. Refunds are handled by management.
Stay details
Check-in from 3:00pm. Check-out by 11:00am. Late and after-hours arrivals are fine.
We do not allow pets.
Your room is stocked with linen. If you arrive after office hours, disposable towels are already in your room — fresh towels are available at the office during office hours for the linen fee.
